"Silk Road E-commerce" is an important measure to actively promote international e-commerce cooperation in accordance with the Belt and Road Initiative (B&R), give full play to the advantages of China's e-commerce technology application, model innovation and market size. Silk Road e-commerce is a new platform for international cooperation created to promote the "B&R" economic and trade cooperation.

2.Create a test-first environment. There are 6 tasks in total, including building a central functional area in the special customs supervision area of the pilot Free Trade Zone and the Lingang New Area, building a radiation-leading area in the Hongqiao International Central Business District, establishing a global distribution and distribution center for cross-border e-commerce, cultivating and expanding "Silk Road e-commerce" enterprises, improving the infrastructure of "Silk Road E-commerce", and creating an international talent gathering place;
3.Vigorously promote international and regional exchanges and cooperation. A total of 6 tasks, including "Silk Road e-commerce" think tank exchanges, to carry out "Silk Road e-commerce" digital technology application promotion, promote "Silk Road e-commerce" research and training exchanges, smooth e-commerce exchanges and cooperation in partner countries, promote "Silk Road e-commerce" regional cooperation, the construction of "Silk Road e-commerce" international service system.
Shanghai will form a number of exemplary and leading institutional opening results, gather a number of internationally competitive e-commerce operators, create a number of regional carriers with their own characteristics, and build a number of public service platforms to promote the common development of Silk Road e-commerce partner countries, e-commerce transactions and international cooperation and exchanges will be more active, and comprehensive service functions will be significantly enhanced.
