6)An application form, which is simply signed or stamped by the applicant(s);
7)Fling date, application number and country of the basic application(s), if convention priority is claimed.

China Trademark Validity Term
In China registered trademarks are valid for a period of ten (10) years from the registration date. They can then be renewed for subsequent ten-year periods indefinitely.
