Now more and more domestic enterprises in Shanghai choose to change into foreign companies. What documents should be prepared in this process?
1. Application for Company Registration (Record) (filled in by foreign-invested companies) / Application for Registration (Record) of non-company Foreign-invested Enterprises (filled in by non-company foreign-invested enterprises);
2. Resolutions or decisions made in accordance with the law. Resolutions or decisions made in accordance with the Company Law, the Foreign Investment Law and other laws and regulations as well as the articles of association of the enterprise, and the contents of the resolutions or decisions shall be consistent with the matters applied;
3. Amendments or amended articles of association signed by the legal representative. In accordance with the "Company Law", "Foreign Investment Law" and other laws and regulations, the established non-company foreign investment enterprises need to submit the contract as well;
4. If other registered items are involved, relevant documents shall be submitted according to the corresponding material specifications;
5.The original and duplicate of the business license need to be returned if the paper version have obtained.
Note: If a copy is not specified above, the original copy should be submitted.
