List of materials provided by foreign companies to register a wholly foreign-owned company in Shanghai
1. More than 3 Chinese names of newly established enterprises in Shanghai;
2. Two originals of notarization and certification of the certificate of the foreign-invested company (the investor's registration certificate must be notarized by the local notary agency and certified by the Chinese embassy in the local place);
3. Power of Attorney of Authorized Signatories;
4. Verification of the original of the identity certificate of the chairman of the board of directors of the foreign-invested company or issuance of two originals of the notarized authentication materials of the passport copy;
5. Registered capital of newly established enterprises in Shanghai, investment proportion of investors, business scope and articles of association;
6. Xeroxed copies of the identity certificates of the newly established legal persons and supervisors in Shanghai (if there is a board of directors, please provide copies of the identity certificates of the members of the board of directors and the original identity certificates of the legal persons to be checked);
