I.Check name
First check whether the name has been registered online, and then the results will be displayed.
II. Prepare registration documents
1. Legal person, shareholder, supervisor, finance (legal person can be a shareholder, not a supervisor)
2. Registered capital
3. Prepare the business scope of the company
What business will be done in the later stage, choose the corresponding business scope.

III. Obtain business license
