Simple Cancellation Documents List
1. The Limited Company submits the Application for Cancellation of Registration;
2. Non-company enterprises submit Application for Cancellation of Registration of Non-Company Enterprise Legal Person;
3. The Partnership shall submit the Partnership Registration (Filing) Application;
4. Sole Proprietorship Enterprise shall submit Application for Registration (Filing) of Sole proprietorship Enterprise;
5. Power of Attorney of Designated Representative or Co-Authorized Agent (paste the copy of identity certificate of designated representative or authorized agent);
6. Letter of Commitment of All Investors;
7. The ruling submit to the People's Court to terminate the compulsory liquidation procedure of the enterprise whose liquidation is terminated by compulsory liquidation;
8. The ruling of the termination of bankruptcy proceedings submitted by the enterprise whose bankruptcy proceedings have ended to the People's Court;
9. Original and copy of business license;
10. Other relevant application materials;
The case of simple cancellation is not applicable
1. Foreign-invested enterprises involved in the implementation of special management measures on access stipulated by the State;
2. Those listed in the abnormal directory of enterprise operation or the list of enterprises with serious violations and trust-breaking;
3. The equity (investment interest) is frozen, pledged or mortgaged;
4. Under the circumstances of being placed on file for investigation or taking administrative coercion, judicial assistance, or being given administrative punishment;
5. The unincorporated branch of the enterprise fails to cancel its registration;
6. The simple cancellation procedure has been terminated;
7. Laws, administrative regulations or decisions of The State Council require approval before cancellation of registration;
8. Other circumstances that do not apply to simple cancellation of enterprises.
