Data list of company type change:
1. Application for company registration (filing);
2. Articles of Association;
3. Resolutions of the general meeting of shareholders;
4. If the pre-approval of enterprise name is involved, the enterprise name pre-approval notice shall be submitted
5. Appointment documents of legal representatives, directors, supervisors and managers;
6. If the domicile is changed, the certificate of use of the changed domicile shall be submitted;
7. If the business scope of the company is changed, the business scope for which the company applies for registration has items that must be reported for approval before registration as stipulated by laws, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council, and copies of relevant approval documents or licenses shall be submitted. Where laws, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council stipulate that the company's changes must be reported for approval, the relevant approval documents or copies of the license shall be submitted
8. Return the original and copy of the business license if the paper business license has been obtained.
