3.Legitimate Certificate of Start-up issued by the relevant authorities of the country or region where the foreign (regional) enterprise is located.
4.Letter of Credit for Capital issued by financial institutions with business dealings with foreign (regional) Enterprises.
5.Authorization Letter of Permanent Representative Office (Chief Representative, Representative) Appointed by Foreign (Regional) Enterprises and Copies of Personnel's Resume and Identity Certificate.
6.Certificate of use of residential address (including copy of house lease contract and property right certificate)；
7.Letter of Entrustment and Business License of Agents entrusted by Foreign (Regional) Enterprises.
