1. Joint annual inspection shall be conducted in Shanghai
Enterprises with foreign investment in Shanghai that are legally established, registered and qualified as legal persons before December 31, 2018, shall fill in the joint report on the annual investment and operation information of foreign-invested enterprises within the prescribed time. The centralized declaration time of the joint annual report in 2019 is from the date of announcement to June 30. The 2019 joint annual report will be fully paperless online.

4.Is there any consequence if not participate in Shanghai WFOE joint annual inspection on time ?
For enterprises that fail to report their annual reports within the time limit, conceal the real situation, resort to fraud and falsification in the annual report materials, as well as the existence of illegal and irregular behaviors in production and operation activities, the relevant departments of the joint annual inspection will deal with them according to law.
