1.Notes on Hong Kong Company Name
Hong Kong is relatively free in naming, allowing company names to include international, group, holding, industry, publishing house, logistics, construction, tourism, finance, health care, foundation, association, etc; The company name can add place names, such as France, the United States, Shanghai, etc.
The Chinese name of the Hong Kong company must end with "Limited Company", the English name must end with "LIMITED", and if overseas investment filing (ODI) is required, the Chinese and English names must be used.
2.Notes on business scope of Hong Kong Company
The company's business scope is within 30 characters in Chinese and 60 characters in English, including punctuation and spaces. Only one language can be selected.
