1.If shareholder is natural person, need to provide notarization of passport information page(out of China), or provide passport information page, valid China visa,The latest immigration stamp page.
2.If shareholder is foreign company, need to provide notarization of investor’s company registration documents.
Part one, documents needed to be prepared abroad as follows
Two original notarization of investor’s company business licenses, including company alteration record documents and endorsed by China Embassy or Consulate
Part two, documents needed to be prepared in Guangzhou as follows
3.Confirm company’s name, registered capital,Legal representative, supervisor and business scope;
4.Rent a commercial office which area is more than 30 ㎡ and more than one year’s lease.
Time
3 working days after we submit the materials, Guangzhou industrial and commercial bureau will issue the business license.
