Special Reminder:

2. Method or product without fixed shape can only apply for invention patent, can not apply for utility model patent;
3. The application for personal, official fee can be reduced by 85%; The application for corporate, official fee can be reduced by 85%;
4. The protection period of the utility model patent is 10 years, and the corresponding annual fee shall be paid in the 1-3, 4-5, 6-8 and 9-10 years after the application;
5. The latest exemption benchmark after July 1, 2019: Annual income of domestic individuals around 60,000 RMB, taxable turnover of domestic companies in the previous year around 1 million.
