1.Original passport(info pages including front paper, last Chinese visa, last entry paper; the validity of passport should be within 6 months)
2.Application Form for work permit(origin/copy;with signature and official seal)
3.Physical examination report(Chinese origin or foreign scan; issued by China Inspection and Quarantine Institution or overseas health and medical organization approved by it, with the issuance date within 6 months)
4.Notarized and endorsed highest academic degree certificate/Notarized and endorsed professional qualification certificate (if any).
5.Working experience prove (issued by the former company with signature or seal and the valid contact info)
6.Notarized and endorsed non-criminal records certificate
7.Industrial and commercial business license of the Shenzhen company（origin/copy）
8. Six recently taken two-inch white background certificate photos and receipt
