Shenzhen domestic-funded company cancellation happens when a company declares bankrupt, or it is acquired by other company, or the business terms stipulated in the Articles of Association expires, or the internal dissolution occurs, or it is ordered to close down due to some business irregularities. The cancellation of business license means the company is not in normal condition and should be canceled in accordance with the procedures.
Consequences for abnormal company cancellation
According to the Company Law, industrial and commercial business licenses must submit annual reports every year. If the annual report is not submitted accordingly, the annual report should be resubmitted first and then conduct the cancellation affairs. Since June 1, 2015, when the company has been registered, the company will have credit stain if it does not declare the tax and does not cancel it. Please be careful! Details are as follows:
1. Cannot borrow to buy a house;
2. Cannot do immigration;
3. Cannot receive endowment insurance;
4. The company will be fined RMB2,000-10,000 every year by the tax authority;
5. If there are unpaid taxes, the legal representative of the company will be banned exit, or take the plane/high-speed train;
6. If the tax is not declared for a long time, the tax bureau will come to inspect;
7. If the tax is not declared for a long time, the billing system will be locked;
8. Shareholders, legal persons and supervisors with bad reputation record will be limited in obtaining policy support, government funds support, import tariff quota, listing financing, land approval, project bidding and other aspects. Meanwhile, they will also be restricted in obtaining honor, employment of government staff, government funding, expert review and so on.
