China labor contract is a kind of contract used in labor law to attribute rights and responsibilities between parties to a bargain. The contract is between an "employee" and an "employer". It allows you to solidify your relationship with your employees and make sure everyone agrees on salary, benefits, hours and other confidential information.

1. Wages: It’s obviously important to memorialize how your employee gets paid.
2. Confidentiality: While some employers choose to make a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect their intellectual property, you can actually do that here in our Employment Agreement.
3. Non-compete: Some companies choose to include non-compete clauses in their Employment Contract.
4. Social Media: If you’re planning on having your new employee handle any other social media accounts, you should note that in your Employment Contract.
5. Benefits: it’s worth including what sorts of benefits you’re offering your employee.
6. Notice of termination. The usual period when a notice of termination has to be handed in by either the employer or the employee, depends on the duration of employment.
7. Probation period. During the probation period, which is set individually by the employer, the employee can be dismissed without notice. The same applies to termination on the side of the employee. The probation period is usually between 1 and 6 months and the dismissal has to be justified.
8. Overtime pay. Overtime pay must not go below 1.5 times the hourly rate on a normal working day, 2 times on a rest day and 3 times on a public holiday. The total amount of hours of overtime per month must not exceed 104.
