China Bank Account Opening Required Documents
• Business License issued by State Administration For Industry & Commerce (SAIC), with the latest annual review record (Original).

•  Articles of Association (original), with company seal.

•  Certificate of Approval issued by Chinese authorities (Original).

• Identity Document of legal representative (Original), Board Member (Original) and authorized signatories. (Person from mainland is required to provide ID card; Person from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan is required to provide permits; and Person from foreign countries is required to provide passport.)

• Company stamp, financial stamp, and personal stamp of legal representative.

• Power of Attorney and being authorized person's ID.

Tips:
1. Many foreigners assume that though the Bank of China sounds like the most reliable bank, it doesn’t provide the best customer service. 
2. The branch bank near concentrations of foreigners, for example, near a university or central business district, are more likely to provide English services.
3. You’d better not to go too far to find a branch, because there are some services you have to turn up at the branch in which you open your account, such as reset your password of your bank account. So it will be convenient for you to open bank account in the branch nearby.

China bank account opening- forms of bank accounts
Usually it is necessary for the company to keep at least two bank accounts, one is the corporate bank account, which is also called at general or RMB bank account, the second one is called at the capital bank account, which is mainly used for the registered capital transfer, you can choose to open other bank accounts according to different business purpose.
