Labuan is a popular destination for oversea company registration for its tax advantages and its signing of Avoidance of double taxation agreements with many countries.

So what are the documents required for Labuan company formation?

a) Apllication Form(filled and signed)

b) Director(s) & Shareholder(s) particulars:
   i) Individual acting as a Director or Shareholder shall provide:
      -Mykad(Malyasian)/Passport copy(Non-Malaysian)
      -Proof of residential address(i.e a copy of utility bill which is most recent 3 months age)
      -2 Reference Letters issued by Bank or Professional Body(i.e Lawyer, Auditor, Secretary etc)
   ii)Corporate Entity acting as a Director and Shareholder shall provide:
      -Certificate of Incorporation/Registration
      -Latest Annual Return
      -Latest Register of Members
      -Latest Register of Directors
      -Memorandum & Articles of Association
      -Relevent form showing Registered Address of the Corporate Entity
      -2 Reference Letters issued by Bank or Professional Body(i.e Lawyer, Auditor,        Secretary etc)
      -Ultimate Beneficiary Owner Listing
      -Organization Chart
